Logis-Tech is an ISO 9001-2008 registered company and has developed all is quality-related plans to the ISO 9001-2008 standard. Logis-Tech considers Quality Control (QC) to be one of the most critical components of its corporate strategy to achieve and sustain customer satisfaction. In concert with the Government, Logis-Tech will ensure that all relevant functions within SeaPort-e Task Orders are developed into clear, measurable quality objectives that are consistent with the spirit and intent of the work statement. Logis-Tech recognizes that a well established, consistently executed quality control program is paramount for performing above expectations and maintaining our role as a leader in the DoD service industry.
In order to maintain its position as an industry leader, Logis-Tech’s Team relies upon an approach to quality control that establishes a top-down driven objective with input and suggestions at all levels. This then becomes the focus of our Quality Management Plan which helps ensure that our customers receive reliable, defect-free products, support, and services. In concert with the Quality Control Plan, suitably trained personnel will conduct periodic, independent, internal and external audits and evaluations on a planned basis covering all aspects of each task order and deliverable.
Quality initiatives will be tailored to evaluate performance, take corrective action where necessary, and continuously improve processes and procedures to help ensure customer satisfaction. Logis-Tech’s approach to quality support will continue to be proactive rather that reactive. To ensure that the staff adheres to QC procedures and practices, Logis-Tech has established a Corporate-level Quality Control Council composed of Logis-Tech’s VPs, the QC Supervisor, and other invited participants. This group meets quarterly to discuss QC actions that could have systemic impact on programs and explores ways to eliminate or mitigate those issues.
